This guy is famous in the bleachers at Miller Park. If I'm not mistaken, they call him the Iceman, although that fact is still debatable because a local individual had already claimed that name and there cannot be two. He obviously enjoys his job and makes it a point to rile up the crowd with his shouting and signature catch phrase "another satisfied customer."
