Trifecta Tres - Wolski's

Rag3 is a whole new level of rage. Most of you kids can't even handle it but if you think that you can, prove it by joining us on the next Trifecta. Of course you need an invitation from me to know when that is so check the mail. But I wouldn't count on it. Sorry.

See! Look at the Monkey and Kevin! I told you that they would be up and ready to rally after that nap. It's a scientific formula that has been tested in multiple settings not limited to laboratories. These wild-eyed scientists got out in the world and tested their theories on patients that didn't know they were part of the experiment. It's a lot to take in, I know. But don't knock it before you try it. Nap and Rally is the secret to life.

I'm pretty good at darts or any game you can play with a beer in your hand. I have my days as a beer pong player to thank for that. But Jenny is a lot better than me so it was quite a surprise when I hit a couple of bullseyes to win the game. The Ice still is nice baby.

For my money the best way to recharge is a little thing called Nap and Rally. Kevin and the Monkey spooned on the couch to get a little nap now so that they could rally later. It makes perfect sense to me and you don't get it, then try it out. You'll thank me later.

I don't know how to explain this to anyone who hasn't been on the Trifecta, but it takes a lot out of you. After touring 3 breweries in 6 hours (and drinking all day) you need to recharge. Jenny chose to do so by grabbing some ice cream and french fries from SMcDonald's.

On the Lakefront Brewery Tour you get a coupon for a free Lakefront beer at one of the local watering holes, and we almost always choose Wolski's Tavern. If you've never been there I suggest you do so now, and make sure that you close the joint and get the famous sticker.

Jenny and I love Wolski's because it has good beer, free metal tipped darts and free popcorn. What more do you need? It was only 7pm but we knew that there was no way in hell we would be here till close and get the free sticker. The Trifecta takes a lot out of you.

I don't play darts very often but I do enjoy it. Wolski's has metal-tipped darts and a real cork board, which is pretty old school in the age of safety hazards. 4 of us made it to Wolski's (Kevin, JJ, Jenny and myself) which is enough for a long game of cricket. At this point we were winding down for the night and sipping our beers and the game gave us more than enough time for all the free popcorn we could eat.

I know I make us sound like a bunch of pansies when I say that we are all worn out after the events that transpired today, but believe me it was rough. Don't judge a man until you walk through 3 brewery tours in his shoes and drink all day long. You just don't get it.

Youngins like Kevin can probably handle the rigorous stress that this kind of ordeal puts on the human body. Ah... to be young. To him this was just another day in the life but to me this is a once a year type thing. I have to store up energy for one all-out burst.
