Afterglow - Rage for Timmy

I can't imagine what the water temperature was but the air temperature was probably in the high 40's or low 50's. We dipped a toe in and it was damn cold. That much I know. So we had no choice but to do a little aerobic exercises to warm up the body before plunging into the cold.
