Afterglow - Rage for Timmy |
Afterglow Lake was ours for the taking because there is no competition this time of year. I know that the summer months (swimming) and the winter months (skiing) see the most action but I think that the fall deserves a bigger piece of the pie. Even thought the leaves are absent from the trees this still was a picturesque moment far more beautiful than anything back home. I will always choose this paradise over any other. |
All of that sleeping must have given them some energy because soon after they woke up they started Bride Warring on the hill. And why not, right? After all this is the place where Bride Wars was born so it only seems fitting to continue it here during every Afterglow adventure. I stay out of affairs like this and instead tend to be a casual observer documenting the trials and tribulations of a couple of kids who took what they saw in a crappy movie and applied it to a real life game where you cause physical harm to each other. I don't understand today's youth. |
That's why we have Mom / Aunt Kris to balance us out, teach us right from wrong and keep us on the straight and narrow path. As long as we have her guidance we'll all end up OK in the end. |
The kids always deserve their own picture because they are the future movers, shakers and leaders of this great country. No offense, but God help us if this group is running the country someday. |
My idea of a good time would not include going out in a boat perilously away from near-freezing water with Jenny controlling my fate. No offense of course. It's just that I want to keep my feet planted firmly on the ground when the water temperature is approaching fatal levels. I know what you are thinking - but Scott you went in the water both yesterday and today. Why are you afraid now? That's because I went in on my own free will and wasn't forced. So there. Brian didn't look too confident in Jenny's nautical abilities as he clung on for life. If that's your way of raging then more power to you. I've got other ideas in mind that I bring to reality on a day to day basis. That 's how I Rage for Timmy. |
