When we entered the club, I didn't see any signs that stipulated that a dress code was required within the club. That is why I was surprised to see this guy with a total 80's mullet. My question is - was he doing it to fit in with the 80's environment or was he doing it because he preferred to have a outdated hair style? I would have asked him what his motive was, but I was too busy making fun of him.

This place was arguably heaven on Earth, depending on whether or not you are as obsessed with the 80's as I am. It had everything a grown-up child of the 80's could possibly need - booze, good music, and retro surroundings. The black lights gave Jenny and I the opportunity to shine brightly in the darkness as our gray and blue shirts lit up the night. Jenny and I were dancing up a storm, and people were impressed that we knew the music that was playing. Or at least I thought they were, I was a little drunk you know.

We expected things to be expensive here, but we at least thought that we should get our money's worth. I have no idea how much Jenny paid for this Rum and Coke, but I do know that it was enough. She was upset that she got this tiny drink, which is why I usually stick with beer. Although I might pay 6 bucks for a 16oz beer, I still feel like I am getting my money's worth because it takes me longer to drink it.

Orlando Spring Break - Day 2

The bar had TV screens that showed the videos of the songs that were playing over the sound systems. I laughed really hard, especially when Rick James' Superfreak and the Weather Girls' It's Raining Men videos played. The video for Rick Springfield's Jessie's Girl video was also a hoot and a holler. Since I was just a baby in the 80's, I spent most of my time watching cartoons like Transformers and He-man, so I was seeing most of these videos for the first time. While I watched, Jenny danced, and even got yelled at for dancing on top of the Rubik's Cube.

We went upstairs to the third level so that we could overlook the dance floor and hang out in a more private area. Don't get me wrong, we loved dancing with a bunch of sweaty 30 year olds, but we preferred to be somewhere where we could be alone. The upstairs section had it's own bar, plus it had a couple of giant Rubik's cubes that serves as drink tables. We weren't interested in setting our drinks down, so we attempted to solve the age old color puzzles. We couldn't figure them out. Part of it had to do with the fact that we were drinking, but most of it had to do with the fact that these cubes didn't move.
