Orlando Spring Break - Day 2

Jenny and I were dancing like crazy to the Irish rock band, and elicited stares from our Dad who was unwilling to dance with us. We stayed until the end of the band's first set, and as you can see from my Gatorade bottle, I was over half finished with my drink. I was feeling really good at this point, but I felt even better when the DJ announced that he didn't have any Irish Jig music, so he put on Will Smith's "Getting Jiggy Wit It." Jenny and I went crazy and knew instantly that this night was going to rock.

This Loch Ness Monster dragon was pretty sweet, partly because it was sitting in the water and it was long, but mostly because it had a stupid look on its face. Jenny and I tried to imitate the stupid look, which isn't very hard because we are highly trained professionals and we were also incredibly intoxicated. When you are under the influence, you often think you look and act amazing when in fact you are acting and looking ridiculous. Drunk vision is so distorted from reality, it's mind blowing. Alcohol is a hell of a drug.

Jenny and I went into the Disney Store and instantly got sad when we saw this scale model of Cinderella's castle. Most people get happy when they come into contact with Disney items, because Disney is the place where dreams come true. The reason that we were sad is because our dreams would not be able to come true because we would not be going to Disney this time. My Dad gets a discount at Florida theme parks, but gets a discount on a 1 day pass for Universal versus a discount on a 3 day pass to Disney World. Although we wouldn't mind spending 3 days at Disney World, we just couldn't because we had a lot of other things we wanted to do in the 6 days we would be down here. So this would be the closest that we would get to Cinderella's castle at Walt Disney World, so we were sad.

There was this giant Lego store that advertised itself along the boardwalk by featuring giant-sized Lego creations. Jenny was drawn towards this giant shark, mostly because she knew that it was plastic and couldn't eat her. I knew that she was fascinated by things from the sea, like turtles and fish, but sharks is a new one on me. I've always been a fan of Dinosaurs, so acting like a T-Rex by this Lego one made my dreams come true. This fake Rex moved it's head, roared, and snorted just like a real one. I also growled and made noises, which irritated the people walking by.
