Ohio - They Leave, We get Drunk

Tim was ridiculously excited about the free shaving cream and razors. I don't really understand why, because at the time, it wasn't necessary for Tim to shave. I should have been the one to be excited; it was rare to see me clean shaven, but I felt it was necessary for this event.

I think that it is very fitting that I write the commentary to this page while drunk, for that is the only time when I am able to think with a clear mind. I feel like when I drink my mind becomes clear and I only focus on the immediate task - and right now that is finishing this page.

Tim was in the middle of changing out his swimwear into his normal wear when I took this picture, but it didn't stop him from displaying a positive and radiant smile. Tim has the unique ability to remain upbeat in situations where normal people would never be.

We then met up in Tom + Pam Mueller's (parents of Danny, the Groom) suite for a lot of partying, drinking and snacking. All of the events that took place that night are still a blur to me; I'll do my best to describe what's going on but I only have these pictures as a reference.

Some people get shy and afraid in front of the camera; Jeremy is not one of those people. He gladly sheds all of his inhibitions (and part of his clothing) to give the viewers a whole lot more than they asked and bargained for.

Mom was excited that all of her children were able to take time out of their busy lives to make the trek down to Ohio to attend this wedding. Pam (Danny's Mom) has been one of her closest and best friends for close to 20 years now, so this was a big event for both of them.

Tim and I were excited too, but for a very different reason than our Mom was. See, we were drunk and we found some Gardetto’s snack mix. At this moment in time, nothing could be better than those two things happening at the same time. Gotta love those breadsticks...

Every now and then, Tim and I remember sound advice that our Mom had given us. In this instance, it was the fact that a sharp and well-exercised mind would prevail in the long run. OK. so I made that up, but that didn't stop us from playing games that were formulated to stimulate and energize the brain.
