Christmas California Adventure (3)

I have provided this picture mainly because it provides a better look at how I take most of these pictures. In the one on the left, you see me running to make it into the picture, but I don't quite make it. That happens fairly often. For every good picture such as the one on the right, it took about 2 - 3 tries in order to get it right.

I should tell you where we are because you look confused. We stayed with my Uncle Gary and Aunt Cari, and they have this really great house with a pool and a hot tub. Tim and I went swimming every single day, at least once. There were some days where we went multiple times. But why not? We were on vacation, there was a pool, and the weather was beautiful. So there's Tim and I in the pool that night we arrived in California.

Tim just loves this picture. He laughs about it all the time. We joke that when we release the June's Blanket CD, this will be the cover picture. Who wouldn't buy a CD with this picture on it?

James decided to join us in the hot tub. He looks pretty tired in this picture, or maybe he's doing what I'm usually doing - thinking really hard.

I don't get this picture at all. First off, what am I doing swimming around with my camera? I think by now I should know that water and electronics don't mix very well. A long time ago I learned that a good photographer will go to any means necessary to get the best photograph, even if that means putting your equipment on the line. Secondly, what the heck is Tim doing? He looks like he's just about to be ravaged by a shark or something. Maybe he's about to be eaten by a street shark. That would be Jawsome.
