Mexican Hat Day in the Terrace
I hate to play favorites in the Terrace because I enjoy working with all of them, but certain people make my day seem less like work and more like fun. Heather is one of those people. I've never seen her in a bad mood and she knows how to throw down with the best of them. She goes out of her way to make me feel better when I'm sad and she sings along with my 80's songs. The only negative thing that I can say about her is that she only works 2 days a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) so the other 3 days just can't compare. Well, at least on Fridays I have Quesadillas.
Chad stops by the Terrace at least twice a week to check on me and see how the operation is running. I don't think he's ever purchased anything, which technically makes him a loiterer. He also has to come by to make sure that I am fulfilling my promise to play the greatest hits of the 80's everyday, especially on Fridays. Flashback Fridays on 94.5 WKTI rule the Friday Terrace along with Quesadillas, but we needed something to keep the energy level up on non-Fridays, so Mexican Hat day was born.
Matt Salmon (right) is gung-ho on all things Terrace. Salmon appreciates his position in the Restaurant Operations hierarchy. He follows procedure daily and is a model employee for the rookie biatches to look up to; but yet he still knows how to throw down. Here he is showing off his enthusiasm with a rather somber looking gentlemen named Per. For some reason (he claims he didn't know that I was taking a picture) he refused to smile. People throw down in different ways I guess....
