La Crosse Visit with Family |
Jenny had come here a lot to play, with others or just by herself, so essentially, this was her home court and she had that advantage. She knew every inch of the course and coupled that knowledge with her skill to win the day. |
This is the top of Grandad's bluff from the parking lot by the football field. I know it doesn't look like it's very big, but the pictures from the previous pages should give you a good enough idea of how high it is. |
I then made my Mom Kris pose with me and the boat. She didn't really mind, because she will bend over backwards to make sure that I am happy. That's why she is amazing. My Mom totally rocks. |
If I took a picture of Tim every time that he did something funny or made a goofy face, I would have broken my camera from overuse. He's always got something to say or do in any circumstance. |
Now do you see what I mean about Tim? I was trying to take a picture of the bluff, and he kept trying to ruin it by doing something outlandish. Nothing that I could say or do would make him stop, so I just let him. Trust me, there simply is no way to control Tim, so I usually just let him do whatever he wants because then he quiets down and goes about his way. If not, then he pouts about all day and makes your life and the rest of your day a living hell. |
We then went to Minnesota (boo) to go Frisbee golfing. Tim was up to his usual hijinks, and stood atop this green pedestal and pretended to be a statue. |
Every now and then, I tell someone to do something, and they comply. I wanted Jenny to stand beside this cool riverboat, and she did. That is all I ever asked of her. |
