Afterglow 2008 - Day 5 Wednesday

Stacy climbed up on Stefani's back, and it turned out that duo was too much for any of the boys to handle. In the end, they were the only ones still standing in the field that night. Most people don't believe it, but girls rule and boys drool. How's that for some age-old playground talk? I wish that I would've been able to see more, but it was like viewing a shipwreck through a violent thunderstorm - I was only able to gather what little information I could whenever the light flashed. It was wicked dark, so I used my camera to see and take pictures. This is what I saw.

Our collective minds are good at doing other things than retelling a movie line for line, and we showed it by climbing on top of each other's shoulders and battling on the baseball field. The duo of Brian/Tommy proved to be too much for Timmy/Kevin, because Kevin seems to have been knocked to the ground in a battle to end all battles. Or at least that's what it looked like from my perspective. I have been known to be wrong at times, but I will not accept being wrong about this being bigger and greater than the battle of Helm's Deep.

After all of the battle nonsense, there was still some time set aside for all sorts of other nonsense. I was too drunk to realize what was going on, but there was something in the distance that caught Timmy's attention. It could've been anything, but I didn't care enough to figure out just what it was. It may have been the miraculous feats of strength and ability that Tommy was demonstrating, but unless Timmy divulges his secrets, we'll never know. So I'm just left here to speculate on past events.
