Sorry. Rick Moranis has played many comedic roles, but never a cactus. He talked and sang with a plant once, but it ate people. Although not a cactus, Rick is one of the few good things to come from Canada, so I guess that country isn't all that bad. Besides, without him, Spaceballs just wouldn't have been as funny. Certainly Bill Pullman couldn't have pulled the comedic weight of the movie. Without him, who would've shrunk the kids? Or become the Keymaster, and turn into a dog. Rick is great, but he's not the answer to this question.
