Buckethead Brigade

Mike Bates and Katie (soon to be Bates) Williams. As you might know, Mike is one of my best friends, and we both had this dream of participating in the Buckethead section. Mike invited his fiancée Katie (they are going to get married in November 2004), and we had a glorious time.

As we were leaving the game (in a happy mood thanks to the Brewers win) I decided to take a picture of myself. I figured that I deserve a little bit of screen time for all of the hard work that I put into this site. Don't hate the playa man, hate the game.

Ryan Bates, Mike's little brother and one of the finest human beings I have have ever met. I remember when he was just a youngin' (a freshman in high school) and we played saxophone together in Jazz 3. Oh those lovely days playing the song "My Funny Ryan Bates." Ah, that 'tis a long but oh so good story.

When I purchased the tickets, I had a couple of people who guaranteed me that they'd be able to go. You know who you are, so I won't name names. I could not find a single person to go with me (forgive me if I did not ask you) but Chad accepted my offer, and he in turn had an enjoyable time at the ballpark.
