Afterglow 2003 - Day 6 (page 25)
A rather large crowd amassed for the Horseshoe championship game. It featured Wayne and Tom (boo) against Uncle Rick and Aunt Maria (yea). Representatives from both teams' family were there to cheer on their respective parties.
Best friends from birth, Susie and Burt sit side by side and enjoy a thrilling match of brawn and wits. Burt, thanks to his expertise, was deemed the official ruler over everything horseshoes. Susie chose to cheer on her parents, as any good kid would do.
Like Rick Moranis' baby, Kevin suddenly grew, and the chair he was sitting in could no longer support his oversized figure. That or he's sitting in an undersized chair, which is funny cause it's smaller than a normal chair.
Rick and Maria's family chose to form their own seating area that would be totally biased towards one particular family in the competition - theirs. So they watched and waited for team Kurutz to win.
Unfortunately, team look-at-that-guy-in-a-dress won the tournament, which would have normally sent one half of the audience home sad. But this is Afterglow, and there is no such thing as sadness.
Jimmy + Dave had no family involved in the final match, so they were reduced to the cheap nosebleed seats on top of the monkey bars instead of the spectacular pit-side seats the rest of us were granted.
