Afterglow 2003 - Day 4 (page 11)
Despite his stomach being full of scrumptious breakfast food, Gary still has a look of displeasure on his face. How could it be so? I understand why I was feeling down, but Gary should learn to be more positive.
Every family is required at times to take a family picture. The time, place, hour of day, all change, but the people in the picture never do. The McKissicks (or as I like to call them, the Dale's) could not escape the family picture curse.
Neither could my family as we stood in front of the sign for a family minus 1 picture. Not pictured: Jenny. She felt that sleep was more important than this breakfast. Turns out that she was the smart one.
Last year, Jenny and I took a picture on this bridge. This year I was all alone, but that doesn't mean that the spirit of Jenny wasn't standing right next to me.
Call me childish and immature, but I find this to be rather hilarious. Turns out that I'm not the only one though. (Who do you think came up with the idea. That's right, those two guys.) You have the right o be angry with me for featuring such distasteful things on my site, but I don't care. Cheap laughs is one of the lowest forms of humor, and they are also what make me laugh the hardest. I hold no regrets about taking this picture; in fact, I'm still laughing now.
