Jenny and I get into arguments because she thinks that she is not photogenic. I disagree, and this picture will be my evidence. Even at rest she displays natural radiance.,

The party started with James sailing with the Captain. For those of you not familiar with drinking lingo, it means that he is drinking Captain Morgan Spiced Rum.

I did a little bit of drinking myself (hey, it was only noon, so I figured why not?) before we went swimming. I know that some of you reading are underage, so I am going to make it clear that neither I nor pookon.com condone underage drinking. Since I am 23, there's nothing wrong with this.

Tim got his own party started by picking up the guitar and strumming along to some Styx's "Blue Collar Man" if I recall correctly. He has gotten quite good at imitating guitar styles, particularly those of the ones that he holds in the highest regards, a.k.a. Tommy Shaw.

Then we went swimming. One of our favorite water activities up there is playing on the anchored log. It is anchored on one side only, so sit on that side so that it is submerged. The rest of the kids then get on, and then I fall off of the end, and everyone flies off of the log. For further explanation, check out the video on the next page.

We then took the miscellaneous boats out on the lake for a relaxing boat trip. And no, I do not mean the horrendous Cuba Gooding Jr. movie of the same name. Some (like myself and Tim) rode kayaks, and others (everyone else) rode on paddleboats. We drifted along for a bit then decided to come ashore for some land time.

Brian was able to swim with his broken wrist, but at this moment he wasn't. He was more fascinated with the movement of the water. He sure is a fascinating kid.

Jenny and Susie paddle Kevin around, while Beege is left to paddle himself. I don't know which McKissick I feel more sorry for. (I am just keeeeding. He he he.)
