Afterglow 2006 - Day 6

The cousins (Stacy, left and Stefani, right) look on as I attempt a trick shot on one of the final holes. At this point in my game I had already given up my concern for numbers and increased my concern for hilarity, quality pictures and style.

When we got back to Afterglow, we once again congregated in cabin #2. The games were far from over as the Scrabble board was set upon the table and the competition continued where the mini golf game left off. Jenny and Stefani looked intensely at the board while Kevin look intensely at me. I am ok with both of them.

Sometime during the week, we picked up some corn. Kevin selected his piece at the store and kept an eye on it all the way home. While Tim was cooking it on the grill, Kevin kept his eye and sometimes finger on the one that belonged to him. He was very particular about this corn. There must have been something special about it.

Some games aren't meant to be played alone; Solitaire is one of the first that always comes to mind. I would never in a heartbeat guess that someone would want to play Scrabble alone, especially when their word capacity is made up of only the ones that they have learned in the 6 short years they've been alive.

Jenny must have been seeing things because she was swinging in the water like the fishes were revving up for a full scale land invasion. Sure, they'd die after a few minutes there, but they would never even have a chance to attempt it because Jenny swings so fast and hard.

Our foursome (Tim, Jenny, Kevin and myself) played first, and since we were goofing around, we played the 18 holes pretty fast. With nothing left to do, we went back to check out how the rest of the family was doing. Pictures like this one and the previous couple of videos resulted from that expedition.

Home

This could have been a really cute and sweet picture that could very well have adorned the walls of multiple households (I'm thinking Jenny's, James' and of course, Mom's) for the next half-century. Instead the goffy (intentional spelling error) looks by Jenny and Faith have made it suitable only for this crazy site.

While dinner was cooking, James and Janelle took some time on the dock to check out some local aquatic life. From the pier, you are able to watch smaller to medium sized fish swim around in search of food. If only he had his fishing pole, someone else besides Tony Danza would be asking Who's the Boss?
