Jenny and Kevin salute, but for a different reason than James does. See, James salutes the captain of his chosen ship, a man that needs no introduction and goes by the name of Morgan. I have no idea which captain Kevin and Jenny salute, but I hope that it is Captain Hook.

It had grown dark, as the day tends to do often, so we played hacky sack indoors. Mom didn't mind, because none of this 1970's furniture belonged to us. She did mind when James and Tim were fighting and had to have the proper authorities (the Mom Police) intercede.

We got a full Reck hack going on, but we never really completed an entire hack. A proper hack would involve each person participating to hit the sack at least once before it hit the ground. Us Reck's are unpredictable, so we never even got a succession of two. It would have taken a miracle or the foot of God Herself to assist us in a full hack. Even though it was nearly impossible, we still gave 110% and had a blast. It was a good icebreaker for the week.

Despite being a world renowned athlete, James was not a master in the skill of hacky sack. Just look at him, he has short hair and he listens to rap music. He just doesn't fit the profile. Despite that, he was a decent player.

Even though it was the first night, all of us wanted to go to the casino in nearby Watersmeet. See, in Michigan you only need to be 18 to gamble, so Timmy was able to tag along. We lost this night but we wouldn't go home losers. I took 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of soda.

We got pulled over by the Michigan police on the way home because I was allegedly swerving. The officer thought that I was drunk, but it turns out that I just was really tired. Since it was a Saturday night, and we were coming from the casino, these highway cops figured that 2 + 2 = drunk. I sure disproved that equation. When we got back, there was a storm brewing, kinda like the one that awakened the aliens in Spielberg's War of the Worlds (2005). Tim and I sat on the dock and watched the storm come towards us, fascinated by the blinding lightning and roaring thunder.  We could hear the rain coming, and sure enough, it started pouring, so we went to take cover. Seeing as how it was late and night and raining, we decided to turn in for the night. After all, we did still have 6 fun filled days ahead of us...
