World Series of Beer Pong 7 - Day 2

Home

Uncle Gary introduced me to some table games that I had never played before. There was this one game where you can play off the dealer's hand and another one called Mississippi Stud. I don't really remember them or how to play, but I know that Uncle Gary gave me $100 to play with the only stipulation being that I had to pay him back the money if I won big. So it was a win/win situation for me. We ended up spending many hours there and I played those games plus a bunch of penny slots that made a lot of noise. I left up $150 and Uncle Gary decided to let me keep the original $100, so I decided to buy everyone Steak & Eggs at 3:30am at Bill's Gambling Hall in Saloon. It was a long and crazy night after a long and crazy day but I had no reason to rest up. For the 5th consecutive year we had failed to make the Day 3 Playoffs. Sadly I'm getting used to having some free time out here during the WSoBP.

I was in real rough shape man. More rough that usual. I can't really explain how much the sickness drained every ounce of energy out of my body. It's the kind of thing that if I was back home I would call in sick to work and sleep for like 2 straight days. So drinking all day, playing intense beer pong and walking around Vegas certainly wasn't helping me get better. You can tell by these pictures that I'm losing it. Well, a little faster than I usually do.

In the video on the previous page you saw Kevin running jumping on the bed. Several times too I might add. As you can see I was on one of the beds literally too tired to move. But I still had the ability to point the camera somewhere and capture some content for this site. When I started this website I made a commitment to you to document my travels in life. And I will continue to do it even when I am immobilized. You're welcome.

I always feel like a creep. I can't really explain it but I love women and I love staring at them. At the Planet Hollywood Casino they have girls dancing by the table games. I was seated at a slot machine so I could position myself accordingly to view one of them and also to take a picture. Right now you are agreeing with me. I am a creep.

Like I said before, if I would have been at home I would have been sleeping right now. I was that tired. But I wasn't at home, I was in Las Vegas. So we hung out with Uncle Gary at Planet Hollywood and then went to Bally's. It was here that I made my second small fortune on this trip. Normally I don't get this lucky while gambling.

The last few pages of Day are my interpretation of the day about 10 months later as I am writing this. For my immediate reaction moments after it happened (via Twitter) and my reflection after a few days head on over to my blog and the entry that I posted on January 14th about this day. It's a good supplement to the content provided here. Make sure you check that out as well or we are no longer freinds.
