World Series of Beer Pong 7 - Day 1 |
Some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles left a pizza box outside of our hotel room and I knew that the maid was going to blame us. It wouldn't be the first time I would take the fall for something the Turtles have done. Everyone still blames me for Ninja Ninja Rap. |
While I was busy sucking at beer pong Kevin was out on the town and trying out the local gambling establishments. He had a good time at The Mirage and wanted to go back, so we went and played some video roulette. We were mainly just breaking even and waiting for the drink girl to come around, but she doesn't frequent the area often when you are only putting a quarter on red or black. After hanging out in the casino we went outside to see the volcano which is cool to see once. Me? I've seen this crap more times then I would like to admit. Too much Vegas. |
I really wish that I had more energy so that I could properly show Kevin a good time in this crazy town. I had to stop every so often and rest because I was so physically exhausted. I bet he wished that he wasn't sick as hell. But we went out anyway and did the best we could with our limited resources. Every other year here I've managed to show this town there's a new kind of sin that they have yet to experience, but sadly this wouldn't be another one. |
Here I am at the Bellagio water fountain show again. I bet you didn't see that one coming. I will forever be entranced by this display and I know that I can't be the only one out there. How else can you explain the thousands of people who stand outside this hotel every single day of the year to see this crap? Kevin can certainly count himself among the millions who have stood by and watched. It happens. There's no shame in it. |
I'm all about tradition. I'm a Reck after all. It's part of my DNA. So it comes as no surprise to any of you out there to see me standing with Caesar and throwing my fist up to start the Revolution. The Revolution is in full effect. Join us or perish in our damaging wake. |
Today was a very long day. I went from not being able to move in the morning to a high of winning Game 1 to losing 5 games in a row to once again being unable to move and then still managed to go out on the town and stay up until 330am. How is it that all that happened but yet I only have a handful of pictures? That's because I don't take pictures of everything I do. But I do Tweet about them and recap the day with a video, which you can see/read by clicking on this link. This was my blog entry on Day 1 that I did in early January when I got back home. Enjoy. |
