World Series of Beer Pong 3 - Beer Pong Day 1 |
I just couldn't get comfortable out there. I started playing fully clothed, then started shedding layers (jersey, hat) to try and change things up. I think I was nervous because this was my 3rd year out there and I feel like I have something to prove. I think that I have to sit back, relax, and play having confidence in my beer pong abilities. |
Casey and Lorge were making their 3rd consecutive appearance together at the WSoBP. The were looking to play a little better than last year, where they failed to make the playoffs (Day 3). They are another team that has spent so much time playing together over the years that they are in sync with each other. |
Hummel's beer pong career has been a curious one. He's a pretty good, steady player, and he has the ability (like he showed at last year's WSoBP) that he can carry a team, yet he has never been able to keep a steady partner. I do believe he's had a different partner for almost every beer pong event, be it seasons, tournaments, and exhibitions. He deserves better than that. |
Katie J agreed to be his partner for the 3ed WSoBP. She's a pretty good player, so I mean no offense to this next statement. If Hummel would have been able to find a better partner, he should have been to win more games and make Day 3. That having been said, I still think they went out and represented our league with their play. |
This picture leads me to believe that their opponent must have just made a shot, or else why would Lorge be drinking a beer? I also would have to imagine that there were in a tough grind-'em out kind of game. Neither are lights-out shooters, so their victories have to come on veteran skills like patience and confidence. |
I'm a guy, and if you don't want to hear things that a single guy says, then stop reading. There are a few things I love - tight tank tops, white pants, and booty shorts. On girls, of course. I took the chance to give my thumbs up approval for this one. Very nice, I like. |
Brodey cares more about Milwaukee beer pong and the CHBPL than you'll ever know. Since he started this league, he feels like it is his responsibility to perform well during games and maintain a good image for our league. If we suck, he takes it personally. |
Kanz was watching from the sidelines because it was not yet time for us to play our 2nd match. He was a little upset that we didn't win our 1st game, but I don't think he was taking it as bad as I was. He didn't really know what it was like to play and win out here, and I did. After the success I've had the past 2 years, I should be playing better. |
