World Series of Beer Pong 3 - Vegas Round 3

Upon my exit from the former brewpub, I give this place a huge thumbs down. My favorite thing about going to different places is trying the local beer, so you can imagine my disappointment when I found out that they only served domestic beers. They didn't have any local beer at all! What kind of bar doesn't serve local beer?!?

We then went back to the New York New York to pick up Hummel's car, which he had parked there. We were going to go check out downtown. On my way through the casino, I saw this neon sign. It was then that I remembered that I love America. Where else can you see the representation of your freedom pouring beer?

I was still awake around 5:00 am, and I wasn't ready to go to bed. At this point, I knew that we had not made the playoffs (Day 3) because we had finished with a 7-5 record, which wasn't good enough to make it. Since I didn't need to be in peak athletic shape to compete in a few hours, I didn't feel that it was necessary to get any sleep. Kanz went off to the blackjack table to continue his winning ways, and I spent my money on something much more enjoyable - breakfast. The diner had an early bird/late night special, which featured 2 eggs (any way you want them), 2 sausages or 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of toast, and some hashbrowns. And the price? Just $2 dollars. For that price, I order two plates which gave me twice as much goodness. I sipped an ice cold soda, and begged Kanz to come join me for breakfast. He was too busy at the tables, so I ate my breakfast alone then silently slunk back up to the room to sleep for a few hours before checking out the Day 3 action.

Kanz, Hummel, Sara and I went downtown to Freemont St to go to the Glitter Gulch, a strip club. It was an interesting experience, but I'm not going to tell you about it because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. It wasn't as exciting as it sounds. I show a picture of the Golden Nugget because I call it the Chicken Nugget, mostly because I love nuggets almost as much as I love dollars.

We were out until at least 3:00 am, which in Las Vegas time is irrelevant because there are really only two parts of the day - light time and dark time. Actual time (as in hours and minutes) doesn't matter to people who drink and gamble because those things never close. Some things do close, but the important ones stay open for 24 hours a day for the people who need them (like me).
