World Series of Beer Pong 3 - Vegas Round 2

I went and grabbed my car and then drove on off towards the shittiest casino on the strip - the Circus Circus. I personally have never set foot here, and I wouldn't have done so if not for my current job as a call center reservations worker for Southwest Vacations. People who fly Southwest are looking for the cheapest possible everything, which usually ends up with them staying at Circus Circus. It really is as cheap as it looks, and that picture on the left isn't from the 1960's (it was built in 1968) - it really does look that old. I found it difficult to give thumbs up in front of this broke ass building, but it's kind of my thing. It was the middle of the night, so the carnival acts, midway, and Adventuredome were not open, but I don't think that it would have made a difference. This place just screamed 1970's from the inside and outside, and I spent just about 10 minutes here, which was still 10 minutes too long. I feel bad for people who choose to stay here, because it looks like it really sucks. To make matters worse, it's about 1 mile from the Treasure Island. But hey, it's their fault they chose to stay here. Dumbasses.

I already talked about how bogus the Zoltar machine at the Circus Circus was, but I'd just like to once again say that this thing was nothing like the one in the movie Big. Movies are BS man. Tom Hanks has all the luck. It's not fair.

I was in the neighborhood of the Las Vegas Hilton, and although it was like 2:00 in the morning, I figured that I would stop by to check it out. I was most interested in the Star Trek Experience, mostly since I am a fan of the Star Trek series. I wouldn't call myself a geek because I don't own any paraphernalia (like my own Captain's uniform) but I enjoy the TV show and movies immensely. Voyager is by far my favorite. Since it was the middle of the night, the Star Trek stuff wasn't open, so I made it my goal to get back here some day to check it out in the daytime. Who knows when I'll be here next, but it's on my to-do list.

This place is just downright frightening and disgusting, mostly because I hate clowns and cheap crusty old stuff. The Circus Circus has all of these things. Don't let the smile fool you - I was only smiling because I wasn't inside of this decaying building. Look into that clowns eyes behind me and honestly tell me you won't have nightmares tonight. You can't promise me that. That is one of the many reasons why this place sucks.
