World Series of Beer Pong 3 - Vegas Round 2

I was hanging out inside of the Paris casino, and decided to get a crepe suzette at one of the French bakeries. I don't even like crepes; the only reason that I wanted to get one was because of the conversation between Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) and Jean Girard (Sasha Baron Cohen) in the movie Talladega Nights. I'll spare you by not regurgitating movie quotes (thank me later) but it's pretty damn funny. I couldn't get a crepe because the place was closed, so I went up to the top of the Eiffel Tower.

I'm surprised that they let my poor ass even look at the Bellagio. A shield should go up so that my worthless eyes don't get to look upon it's majesty. But maybe that's the point; they want you to look at at and long for the day that you can afford to stay in a room there. They want you to thirst, desire and quest for that kind of luxury.

From the outside, it doesn't look like the Eiffel Tower is very tall. In fact, it is only a half scale model, which stands at 540 feet tall. If this one is only have the size, then the real Eiffel tower must be huge (1,063 feet, including the antenna). If I ever make it there, I'm going to go to the top simply to compare these two.

There really aren't any big buildings outside of the strip. There's a few towards the downtown area, but this is basically it as far as big buildings go. I'm not going to say that there isn't anything else in Las Vegas except for the casinos, because that would be a lie.  I'm sure that there are gun stores, liquor stores and pawn stores too.

The fountains are quiet for the time being, but that doesn't mean that I was willing to give up my prime viewing spot. I knew that if I stood here long enough, I would get a unique vantage point of the famous Bellagio fountain show. I'll be damned if I'm gonna let some random steal a spot this cherry.

I really wish that someone would've come out with me tonight because the view from the top was indeed a very fine one. Las Vegas looks so innocent from up here, and it makes it hard to believe that sin, lies, deceit, gambling, prostitution and illegal matters are going on in the streets, rooms and casinos below. Often things are not as they appear when you are looking down on them from above. The view from the top was pretty sweet, and it further adds question to why I have the desire to go up high to check out the surroundings below.
