World Series of Beer Pong 2 - Day 2 |
Balkman wandered past the white picket fence and stood behind Hummel to either offer him some support or to critique his beer pong shot. Balkman is regarded in our league as somewhat of an expert, so most people will always listen to what he says. Hummel took his advice, but still kept on keeping on and stuck to his guns and took me down to the wire. He could correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe that I prevailed and beat him at this game. Of course the outcome doesn't really matter, because after the game we toasted each other and prepared for our final game on Day 2. |
The game actually flew by pretty fast, but that's not very surprising considering that both of us are very good to superior beer pong players. There were a lot of people that already knew about our beer pong skills, but many more learned when we faced off against each other and took turns heckling each other one minute, then congratulating each other the next minute. It certainly was a memorable match. |
This was one of my favorite moments of the 2nd WSoBP. It was the only moment during the tournament when I had fun and played with a carefree attitude. We figured that since we already paid for the beer, we might as well drink it, and since we were in the mood for drinking, we might as well play a practice game to keep our skills sharp. We decided to play each other for the title of best individual player on Hummel That Shit!, because we definitely needed to find out who was the weakest link so that British chick could say goodbye to the loser. |
