My one complaint about kids is that they're too close to the floor, so that means you need to get way down there if you are to play with them. That obviously wasn't a problem for Dad (Mike) and Grandpa (John) as they played games with Reese on the floor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After swimming, we sat outside (it was 80 and sunny all weekend up here) and talked. Soon it became lunch time, and after much debate, we decided to go out to Chipotle. I got a steak and chicken burrito with extra everything at the normal price. The employees must have hooked me up cause they knew that I was a celebrity. That or they thought I was hot. Or noticed I was hungry. Either way it ruled.
Babies grow up to be cowboys unless their Mommas don't let them, but even Mom can't stop the babies from getting bigger. Wilson was used to being the biggest floor dwelling creature in this apartment, but that day would soon end. For the time being he was still King of the Castle, but as Reese gets more mobile, she will annex his land every time she comes here to visit her family. Reese will rue that day she crossed him.

 

 

 

 

If Wilson isn't walking to his food bowl to eat, then he's laying on the ground. You don't get to be this big by walking around at all hours of the day. But he did keep a watchful eye on all of this extra activity in his house. He'd be ready if he had to lay down the law.

They say that kids say/do they darndest things, but I think that their parents get into/start just as many hijinks as the kids do. Just like this - Katie put Reese's pants on top of her head, and essentially started a fashion trend that will soon sweep across the country once this page is published on pookon.com. Since my website is the #3 most searched site as rated by Google, millions of people will see these pictures in a matter of minutes. Soon you won't be able to go anywhere without seeing people wearing pants on their heads. And although Katie and Mike will get full credit for this fashion revolution, I'll know that without my super popular website, none of this would've ever happened.

We slept in a little bit (which was to be expected after staying up until 4:00 am) then Mike and I left Shawn's house and went back to the hotel where Katie's family was staying. Nothing much was going on, so we went swimming. Mike and Katie took Reese in the cold and the hot pool, and for the most part she seemed to like it.
